We are a small, independent business working with niche designers and brands. We work hard to showcase and style pieces, provide detailed information, and communicate what we know to ensure a quality experience for you. If you need clarification on anything, we're just an email away. 

Please note that one-of-one, hand crafted, reworked pieces will sometimes have variation or uniqueness in its condition which is part of the design intent. 

 

Returns
Full price items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. 

FINAL SALE on sale, hats, hair accessories, scents & fragrances, soaps, food, books and media, workshops and ticketed events. 

For online orders, please email us within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to return for store credit. Same conditions apply as in-store purchases. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us to start the process info@twotwo.online.

 

Shipping 
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight tiers from Oakland, California and we typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. For local deliveries, we also use Ground Advantage/Saver. We do our best to provide fair rates.

For international shipping, email us at info@twotwo.online or Shopify Inbox (chat) for a quote. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes associated with international shipments. If you have additional inquiries, please send us an email prior to ordering. 

Please ensure you provide a verifiable address and track your shipment's arrival to its destination and that it's delivered to a secure location. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you'd like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please email us prior to purchase.
