Returns

- Full price items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. 

- FINAL SALE on sale, hats, hair accessories, scents & fragrances, soaps, food, books and media, workshops and ticketed events. 

- For online orders, please email us within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to return for store credit. Shopping costs are not refundable. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping within 3 days of return confirmation. Contact us to start the process info@twotwo.online.

Shipping

- We offer standard shipping rates based on overall weight of your order. We from Oakland, California and we use a range of carriers for most efficient delivery of your package. 

- International shipping is available on most products. For additional international shipping inquiries, email us at info@twotwo.online or Shopify Inbox (chat). Duties and taxes Ade not included in the product price and is the responsibility of the customer. If you have additional inquiries, please send us an email prior to ordering. 

- Please ensure you provide a verifiable address and track your shipment's arrival to its destination and that it's delivered to a secure location. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you'd like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please email us prior to purchase.
