Intricate tweeds, gleaming lusters, vintage trinkets; French designer Mathilde Hiron's accessories are one-of-a-kind. Her work in identifying luxurious deadstocks and sifting through mounds of vintage goods, she is constantly on the look-out for the nextgemto incorporate into her creations. Hiron was classically trained in weaving at prestigious Parisian design schools and haute-couture houses prior to launching her namesake brand in 2021. She uses this newfound creative freedom to incorporate into her fashion work themétier d’artwhich was her first expression medium, ceramics.
