Bold graphical long sleeve stretch top with mock neck and exposed seams. Stripes and cherry blossoms. The jersey pieces from Julia Heuer are so different than others we've seen and touched — a smooth, almost velvety luxe feel that's so soft against skin.

Julia Heuer does extraordinary artisanal prints and handmade plissé, using a Japanese tie-dying technique called Arashi Shibori. For many of the prints, Julia and her team start by painting, collaging, spraying, and using many other analog techniques. Then the artwork is digitized and worked on until a printed textile pattern is created and turned into unique and valuable garments. Her eccentric work creates a look that cannot be replicated.
