In-store purchases
Full price items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale on sale, scents & fragrances, soaps, teas, books and media. 

 

Online orders 
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your shipment if you'd like to return for store credit. Same conditions apply as in-store purchases. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Contact us to start the process info@twotwo.online.

 

Shipping 
Shipping is calculated based on weight tiers from Oakland, California. We do our best to provide fair rates. For international shipping, email us at info@twotwo.online or Shopify Inbox (chat) for a quote.

Please track your shipment's arrival to its destination and ensure it's a secure place for delivery. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Gifting 
If you're sending a gift, we can include a handwritten note on your behalf! Just email your short message right after order placement or leave us a note at checkout.
