Weft

Weft is a textile project that began as an attempt to create something using upcycling techniques and 100% recycled materials.

Each hat is made from multiple t-shirts sourced secondhand or gifted to the artist by friends and family. The t-shirts are individually hand cut into yarn and then crocheted, a process that takes many hours.
