Vietnamese White Tea

Suối Giàng is a commune of Văn Chấn district of Yên Bái province. Located at an
altitude of nearly 1,400 meters above sea level, Suối Giàng is home to ancient tea
trees grown on forested mountain slopes that have been tended to by indigenous Hmong
families for hundreds of years.

Each leaf bud is carefully harvested and hand-selected
prior to processing in and out of the sun before hand-stirring and drying the leaf
buds creating an elegant & smooth tea.

Tasting Notes: sugar cane, lavender, honeysuckle.
