Using the cultivar, Gokou, which is known to produce a rich and creamy matcha, only a small batch is stone milled each year. This hyper-premium, single-origin matcha is a ceremonial-grade matcha which means that it fits the high standards to be used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies and is exceptional to drink on its own.
