Kinako is a roasted soy powder famously used in Japanese confections. It is nutty and has a peanut butter-like aroma. We combine this luscious ingredient with savory and toasty black sesame praliné and Maldon sea salt to balance all the flavors and aromas. Contains milk, sesame, soy.

Deux Cranes is an artisanal chocolate handcrafted in Los Gatos by French-trained chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey and creative director Ayaka B. Ito. A nod to their Japanese heritage and the flavors of their youth. Deux Cranes hopes to create a modern interpretation of the traditional Japanese philosophy of taking the time to appreciate the little things that make life so full.
